What year did you start with KATQ?

A: I started working part time in 2000, and went full time as an on air announcer in 2004. In 2006, she became General Manager.

What do you like best about working at KATQ?

A: I like the creativity, brain storming with others , coming up with new ideas and I like the challenge of seeing how things can be improved and run more efficiently.

Interesting tidbits about your life before KATQ?

A: I have worked as a dental assistant, had my own cleaning business, raised 3 boys, worked as an advocate for a women's crisis center and then as a cake decorator since 1992.

Anything else you want to tell us?

A: I get to work with some of the greatest people I have ever met on a daily basis, have opportunities to talk and visit with people from all over the country and the world, sharing ideas,learning and I have been blessed to have been mentored by some of the greatest in broadcasting.

A: I believe I started at the station in 1995

What do you like best about working at KATQ?

A: What i like best about my job is selecting the music being aired and the interaction with our listeners.

Interesting tidbits about your life before KATQ?

A: I have a nice collection of wildlife carvings and enjoy time with my family.

KATQ welcomed Miranda Robbins as our new traffic director/receptionist for the front desk October 25th, 2018. She hails from Cut Bank, has a daughter Linzie who is a student in PHS middle school. and has fallen in love with the Plentywood community. This position is a learning experience for her and she has been learning quickly. She formerly worked as a CNA, and at General Well Services. When you stop in at the studio, give her a big smile and a welcome!!

A: Some time in 2013

What made you want to be in radio?

A: Never imagined myself in radio, just enjoy working with the technology and the team.

Interesting tidbits about your life before KATQ?

A: When I'm not working on tech I'm working as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Anything else you want to tell us?

A: Yes, resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

What do you like best about working at KATQ?

A: It has to be working with Jim while supporting the game broadcasts.
